Abstract

This study aims to identify waste management strategies in marble craft production at CV Manunggal Marmer to support environmental sustainability. The method used is a case study with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The main waste produced by the company includes marble chips, dust, and liquid waste from the production process. The results of the study show that effective waste management strategies include waste reduction at the source, recycling marble chips as raw materials, and treating liquid waste before disposal. Additionally, employee education and the use of environmentally friendly technologies are proposed to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. In conclusion, proper waste management not only enhances operational efficiency but also supports the environmental and economic sustainability of the company.
