Abstrak

Utilization of narrow land for agricultural activities in big cities can be an alternative solution in providing healthy food for families. In addition to getting healthy vegetables, it also saves money. Aquaponics is a system of cultivating fish and plants together in an ecosystem that is recirculating or mutually beneficial, and uses natural bacteria to convert excrement and leftover fish feed into plant nutrients. In other words, aquaponics is a system that occurs between plants and fish growing together in a cycle that is formed so that narrow land/places can be utilized optimally. This community service activity is an effort to help the residents of Bilacaddi Village find the right solutions and strategies for the problems faced by residents related to limited land. One of these efforts is the creation of an innovation tool for the people of Bilacadddi Village through the creation of simple aquaponics using the NFT method. The activity of making aquaponics in Bilacaddi Village, Patallassang District, Takalar Regency has a positive influence on the community, the benefits of this training are helping the community both economically and socially and as a solution to utilizing narrow land or yards to be utilized and have good selling value
