Analysis of The Implementation of K3 in The Prevention and Mitigation of Wonosari Tea Garden Agrotourism Disaster Efforts

Wonosari Tea Garden is one of the popular agro-tourism sites in Malang, East Java. Effective implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is key to preventing and mitigating the impact of disasters on visitors and workers. This study aims to analyze the application of OHS in Wonosari Tea Garden Agrotourism in disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. At the Wonosari tea garden, there are objects that support the safety of workers in the factory. Some of the tools found in the factory in the tea garden include fire extinguishers in the tea factory, safety warnings, gathering point pictures, first aid kits in the tea factory, and PPE clothing at the Wonosari Tea Factory. Suggestions to improve the effectiveness of OHS implementation in Wonosari Tea Plantation Agrotourism are increasing OHS education and training, periodic monitoring and evaluation, developing OHS infrastructure, integrating technology, comparative studies, collaboration with related agencies, documentation and publication. With the effective implementation of OHS, Wonosari Tea Garden Agrotourism can become a safe and comfortable tourist spot for visitors and workers, even in the face of potential natural disasters
