Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety, occupational health, and work discipline on employee performance at PT ANTAM Tbk Nickel Mining Business Unit, North Maluku. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression to examine the effect of independent variables (occupational safety, occupational health, work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of the study show that occupational safety, occupational health, and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Good occupational safety and health, along with high discipline, play an important role in increasing employee productivity in the mining sector. Therefore, the company is expected to continue improving efforts to ensure safety, health conditions, and work discipline to support the enhancement of employee performance.
