Identification of The Level of Application of Green Building Concept Indicators (Green Building), (Case Study : Green Building Assessment Nipa Makassar Mall Jln.Urip Sumoharjo No.23 C, Panaikang District, Makassar City)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the indicators and determine the value of the indicators for implementing Green Building in the Nipah Mall Makassar building. This study was carried out using a Mixed research method, this method uses the Greenship for New Buildings assessment tool version 1.2. The qualitative method, on the other hand, uses non-numerical data, this method uses interviews with the managers of Nipah Mall Makassar. The research results show that the total gain from the results of the analysis of the Greenship Nipah Mall Makassar, of the 77 points available, Mall Nipah Makassar currently has 46 points, in other words as much as 59.74% of the indicator value for implementing Green Building at Nipah Mall Makassar. From this percentage, the Nipah Mall Makassar building received the "Gold" title
